Recently, the China Technology Market Association announced that Jinjie Company’s Research on Operation and Maintenance Technology of Power Plant Electrical Equipment Based on Digital Intelligent Management, Control and Forward-looking Analysis won the First Prize of 2025 Intelligent Power Generation Technology Achievement Sci-tech Paper.
This achievement tackles the practical issue of misdiagnosis of faults caused by factors such as inherent motor asymmetry, stator voltage asymmetry and fluctuations, and load fluctuations. It explores the degradation mechanism of digital performance parameters in motor systems under complex operating conditions, extracting new digital fault features with high practicality, sensitivity and reliability. The study clarifies the nonlinear relationship between motor digital parameters and operating conditions, thereby developing an efficient method for extracting digital fault features from motor clusters. It enables rapid fault diagnosis of power plant motor systems, providing a scientific basis for decisions on whether maintenance is needed, when to perform it, and how to ensure its quality. It assists on-site personnel in implementing predictive maintenance, reducing maintenance frequency, lowering maintenance costs, saving spare parts costs, enhancing safety performance, and preventing accidental shutdowns. With significant social and economic benefits, it holds broad application prospects.
